I know it’s annoying but I try my best.

9 times out of 10 I stick to the plans that I have made apart from if my insomnia gets really bad and I have to sleep before I fall over. I know it can be annoying if someone happens to be the one I have to cancel on but it’s not something I can help. I’m working on my sleep pattern but sometimes it doesn’t work out. I’m not that autistic that I can’t read the tone of peoples messages to me. I function on barely any sleep sometimes, I’m literally doing my best here!
