I need to be up in a few hours. I will be totally exhausted but I know that I have to get up. I feel like crap. The ear scabs which keep developing in my ears keep getting thicker. The only time they go away is when I first have a bath. They’re starting to get sore because I have to repeatedly pull off the crusty parts otherwise it feels like they’re pulling on my ear. They are starting to bleed though. The blood causes a scab and then that gets picked again with the crusts that keep forming. I don’t think not sleeping properly is helping my skin issues. I feel so far away. I am definitely slipping into dissociation mode. That happens when my brain is working beyond burn out level because I have no energy due to not sleeping.
