I’m still not sleeping well right now. I am feeling wiped out today. I got up rather than staying in bed because I had to move my car earlier but still got overwhelmingly tired so ended up falling asleep on the sofa. I did a few bits but not everything I wanted to get done. I’m in the bath because I plan to do a few more bits and drop into bed tonight earlier than normal. I am still very tired and once I’ve used that energy I’m going to probably be asleep the entire night. I need to set my sleep pattern back to normal. I have to be up and out places next week by lunchtime. I need to trick myself and then it will be a lot easier. That is how I do things. I have to override my natural brain programming.
