I barely slept, sleep pattern needs resetting again.

I thought that it was a good idea to sleep a lot yesterday… big mistake, I messed up my sleep pattern again. I couldn’t sleep until gone 7 am and I’m now awake at half 9. I need to go out to get a few bits which are important. I don’t like driving in the snow. We literally have no cat litter in, I have to pick up medication because I took my last anti inflammatory yesterday. I can’t stop them because my finger will not go down any more if I stop taking it. I also don’t want a break from it because I will get the metallic taste thing after restarting it. I also need to get a light bulb for my bedroom because that went last night. It’s only going to be a quick trip because I don’t really want to go out. I don’t really want to be awake because I haven’t slept much.
