I’m on the 3rd night of barely any sleep after changing my pattern to not sleep during the day. I wasn’t getting to sleep until 6 am at one point and was sleeping until the evening. Then when I have tried to get up at a decent time in the morning I’ve hardly slept. I constantly wake up during the night which isn’t helping. I’m hoping that the third attempt works to reset everything. Third time lucky hopefully. I’m in bed by half 11 because I just can’t stay awake right now. I can’t fight the sleep feeling or it will pass and I will be wide awake again.
