I still don’t feel right…

So… my migraine came back. I had a feeling it wasn’t done completely. I really don’t feel right. I keep feeling sick and I have a pain on one side of my lower back. Then I have the headache coming back on that I had yesterday. I don’t want to do another day like yesterday. I felt like I had been beaten up. I can’t see properly at the moment. I don’t know if it’s related but it’s annoying me when trying to read stuff.
