I track everything on my phone because it’s easier than writing stuff down and remembering information. I am accidentally not eating. It hasn’t been a choice. I’ve just not been hungry. I only ate 450 ish calories worth of food yesterday. And it only came over a 1000 just due to alcohol (two little bottles of wkd). I burnt nearly 500 off on my walk. I only realised after scrolling through my phone. I’m not even hungry. I would have felt extremely hungry a few months ago if I had only had just over 1000 calories. It’s a good thing but also a bad thing. Some will probably start accusing me of having an eating disorder but it’s good that you don’t get hungry while trying to lose weight because it can ruin the whole process if you overeat because of hunger.
