The first few images are over months, but the other ones are current measured over weeks. I’m sorry if I’ve been a little up and down. This weight loss process is difficult at first when you’re trying to train yourself to eat less and consume less alcohol (that especially in my case, less alcohol equals less patience with people). In order to make this post accessible for all I am going to go through the graphs in terms of dates and how much I’ve lost. 14th September 2022 = 76kg, 27th September 2022 = 75.5kg, 9th October 2022 = 75.2kg, 11th October 2022 = 74.6kg, 12th October 2022 = 74.2kg, 11th November 2022 = 71.8kg, 18th November 2022 = 71kg, 27th November 2022 = 69.6kg. In approximately 10 weeks I have lost 6.4kg (14 lbs.).
