Sleep pattern a complete disaster.

I’m still awake half 6 in the morning with a migraine so bad it’s making my eyes hurt. The rain is really loud to my ears (I can hear electricity they’re that sensitive). I just can’t settle, and this has been going on for days. I managed to get some kind of acceptable sleeping pattern, but it got ruined again after a few weeks because I fell out of it again. Even when I sleep during the day it’s more like a sleep for a few hours / wake up and then fall asleep again. I can’t constantly stay asleep. That makes me feel like I’ve had none. It is getting annoying now. I can go to bed as early as possible, but I will still be awake the entire night.
