I woke up at a stupid hour.

I literally dropped off to sleep like I had died after getting home from my walk, having my tea and a bath. I haven’t slept consistently but at least I have got more than normal. I woke up last time like I had a nightmare. I was literally shaking like something had frightened me extremely badly. I can’t even remember if I was having a dream or not. Obviously I was wrong about my brain not being able to be kept awake if I was extremely tired. Will it ever all leave me or will I be like this for the rest of my life?
