I literally just cooked my dinner and put it in the microwave so that I can warm it up when I get back. I have done well to lose the last few weeks since not being able to go gym etc due to injury but the scale is creepy back up and I won’t allow that. I want to be down a few more pounds by the end of the week. I had a bit of trouble off my knee earlier but I need to get out. I feel stuck and if I don’t make the effort I will never get back to my previous weight or even maybe better this time around. I would love to go lower but that may be impossible because I actually eat. I had to go out before dinner otherwise it will be dark due to the changing seasons.
