I was totally wiped out from being awake the night before. I had backache and neck ache from clearing up the mess in my flat most of the day. I took a painkiller for the neck and back pain. I had filled up with water which wasn’t helping. I feel better for the sleep but my neck still hurts. I will probably pop to the gym later if I feel better. I need a few more hours chill time to recover completely. I can’t get rid of the heavy bloated feeling at this time of the month but rest helps other issues.
