I didn’t get up until later but for the first time ever I went for my walk and then weight training at the gym. I didn’t find it as hard as I thought. I had a lovely hot bath when I got home which makes it less painful after your muscles start complaining in the morning. I will not be going near scales for a few more weeks. I still don’t feel ready after my major disappointment the last time when I realised that I had gained 2lbs when the goal was to lose at least 4lbs on a week where I didn’t even drink alcohol and had a regular sleep / wake pattern. I seem to work better unbalanced.
