Lost another 2lbs… reintroducing myself back into exercise.

I have dropped in at the gym for a few hours to try to rebuild my strength after a fortnight off. I am doing some cardio too so that my body can go back to the gym without getting stressed. It is coping with it for now. I induced the odd coughing session but apart from that it seems to be doing me good. I have lots of housework at home which I didn’t get to do while I was ill. That won’t take long when I get back but I just put it off for the entire week. I am rewarding myself with a lovely bath at the end of all this activity. I have a pepsi max waiting for me after my workout which I will have on the way home.
