I couldn’t sleep last night and eventually ended up falling asleep during the day. it wasn’t even proper sleep, I kept waking up so it was a waste of a day. I still haven’t eaten but I plan to have a really nice meal when I get home from my walk this evening. I have to buy some more knickers as the ones that I currently own has the elastic worn out on them. I keep having to pull them up on my walk. I wish that I could say it was due to weight loss but they are a size 12 which is my size now. I am starting to get hungry but as long as I keep drinking fluids I am fine. Fasting during weightloss can get rid of all the excess crap that has built up. I need to get rid of that stuff.
