I haven’t been to sleep because my pattern is a mess. I feel extremely sick and have no desire to even eat regularly. I got up to feed the cats and normally also get food myself whether I have slept during the night or not. I am only just now feeling my gym session from Tuesday evening. I can feel my muscles doing that tight aching thing. That is totally normal and means that my muscles are toning but they grumble about the process. I just can’t even stand the sight of food at the moment. I had one meal yesterday due to not being up most of the day. I had breakfast at 5am before sleeping yesterday. I just can’t eat today. Maybe I am just too tired to consider eating food and feeling sick isn’t helping. I pushed my body to its limits to get results, it is bound to kick back at being forced to drop weight and build some muscle.
