I went for a long walk and the gym today. I lost another lb, which is good considering I haven’t walked or been to the gym in a week. I am still being careful due to not quite being off my monthly yet. It should be fine at this point but my stomach is still a bit delicate (one of the things that sometimes bugs me because I have IBS). It seems stable enough to do exercise. I can tell that I lost a bit more weight due to my gym clothes fitting me better. I had a healthy dinner before coming to the gym so I am looking at my diet at this point. I ditched the alcohol and cut down on fizzy drinks.
