I still feel like I’m sat in a cooker. And the flab days continue.

I have stopped for something to eat without air conditioning. I still feel like I’m being cooked in an oven. I’m not walking today because I felt like crap all day. You wouldn’t think I’d been doing any exercise with the shape of my thighs and middle at the moment. I am ballooning despite having cut down everything I was eating and drinking. I can’t cut any more I’m barely eating as it is.
