I was watching stuff on catchup television (on my mobile) because I can’t sleep. I’m not even tired but that could be because I fell asleep with the cat most of the day. We were comfy and it was hot. I have rashes come up all over my arms. I get it every year when that yellow stuff is growing in the fields. I just went to the toilet so woken myself up again. I’m drinking more water to reduce bloating but the side effects are needing to pee at the most inconvenient hours. I ate vegetable stir fry for the first time in over a year. I had to buy a new frying pan because my others got wrecked when they ended up charred over time. 1 calorie olive oil spray is good if you’re trying to lose weight. You only need a few sprays before proceeding to fry anything. I do feel hungry quite a lot but that’s because I’m used to more calories. I will be fine once everything adjusts. I do feel like I have less bloat. It’s not perfect yet but the weight loss thing is always slower than we want. I won’t keep it off if I don’t lose little bits at a time. I don’t want it to be too hard to maintain. The quicker you lose it, the quicker it is to accidentally gain it all again. I can hear one of my cats snoring. I wish I could sleep that easily.
