Quitting alcohol from today!

I had my last two little bottles that I had left last night. I slept quite well just drinking less but woke up at a stupid hour. I’m not buying another box. I did the same to quit painkillers (that wasn’t a good thing when I hurt my ankle because I had none in my flat and couldn’t walk properly for a few days to go shop for some), I know that if I don’t have something in my space then I won’t want it. The first few days are always slightly difficult because you’re so used to the habit being like a routine but after that it gets easier. I have neglected a lot of things around here so it looks a mess. I’ve neglected myself so ended up fatter and yesterday my face was showing my bad habits.
