I couldn’t sleep again :( anxiety sky high!

I just couldn’t sleep the entire night. That is normal but also have crippling anxiety about my carpet being fitted today. I was just about to drop off when a parcel delivery person rang my door buzzer. I got into bed after answering it. I now have a cat either side of me so I feel crowded. They’re tired. I am too. I can’t sleep all day because I have to move all the furniture before the carpet fitter arrives. I have someone in my bubble coming to help me move the larger items. I can’t sleep early this evening due to having a tutorial. I can’t wait for today to be over already.
