Well, I tried today…

I have done a bit of my OU assignment today but got up late again. I haven’t been out but I went for a walk to get a few bits yesterday evening. I just about saw day light today but I stayed up watching television until late so my sleep pattern went wrong again. I did a few bits that was important like change my bed covers. There was loads of cat fur on them and they didn’t smell clean. I washed a load of clothes including the bed covers. I had a bath and put on a clean onesie this evening so I at least feel a bit more comfortable. I went on my vibrating plate machine earlier. I gave myself a break from it yesterday because my muscles needed to recover due to aching. I can see a difference. I don’t think it’s shedded weight yet (only had this machine for a week) but I do feel like I’m getting firmer in some areas. Muscles can apparently take four or more weeks to develop and contribute to weight loss. I’ve accepted my excess weight but I would like my curvy bits to be toned rather than flabby. I don’t really have any more to say tonight and do need to get back to the rest of my assignment planning. Question 1 is all typed up but question 2 is more of an analysis legal issue scenario.
