Gym routine back on track and doing great :) For the first time in a long time I feel better.

I didn’t feel like going the Gym this evening but I made myself go. I’m starting to feel better for it. I normally can’t go to the Gym at that time of month but that’s not played up this time. That is normally the thing that makes me fall out of routine and not end up getting lazy. I’m running / jogging more on the treadmill now. I lifted a little heavier weights on the weight machines this evening because the ones I began on are feeling light. That must mean that my muscles are starting to grow because this is what happens after a few sessions.

I don’t know if this is my imagination but I seem to get better condition hair after going the Gym. It gets more silky and feels less frizzy. I only washed it yesterday and it feels great now. It seems to be growing well because it looks a lot longer and more fuller than it was previously. I wish I could say the same for my nails because they are getting slightly better but still breaking a bit despite putting coconut oil on them before I go to bed and using gloves to clean the flat.

I have an early start and really can’t afford to miss college class again this week. Apologies for the short entry.
